  • Managing the work of a team coordinating technical and technological matters—mechanical and process related covering equipment within the turbine island systems, supply packages, and coordinating documentation flow with contractors.
  • Supervising the design process for equipment within the turbine island area and supply packages, including coordination of documentation with PEJ contractors.
  • Participating in design reviews and the project change management process.
  • Providing subject matter support to procurement and tendering procedures for the selection of contractors responsible for studies and analyses on behalf of PEJ.
  • Resolving complex issues requiring collaboration with specialists from other technical disciplines and functional areas.
  • Preparing expert opinions and guidance on applicable standards, codes, and national regulations related to nuclear power plants, the turbine island in particular.
  • Implementing quality management procedures and supporting quality audits.
  • Supervising construction and manufacturing activities, including conducting audits and participating in factory acceptance tests (FAT).
  • Providing support and advisory services related to the preparation of license and permit applications, including the review and approval of supplier provided information for the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR).
  • Accepting equipment and installations, as well as overseeing suppliers and contractors.
  • University degree in power engineering, nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the execution of commercial power contracts, with a strong focus on nuclear energy projects.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in managing a technical team.
  • Proven ability to manage a technical team responsible for power plant technologies and equipment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of both technical and business tasks.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale nuclear or conventional power generation projects, preferably under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracting model.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks and PN, EN and IEC standards within industrial and power construction, with a strong focus on the technological and mechanical scope of the turbine island.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2/C1 level).​

  • Employment based on a permanent employment contract with monthly base salary in the range of PLN 15,000 – 28,000 PLN (gross) including an attractive quarterly bonus.
