Supporting Process Owners in the implementation of the necessary systemic actions related to the maintenance, development and advancement of the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS);
Supporting Process Owners in the development of system documentation and other Company regulations referring to nuclear safety matters;
Overseeing the validity and integrity of the IMS documentation;
Participating in internal evaluations and in preparations for external assessments of the Company’s IMS;
Implementing organizational and management solutions in accordance with industry requirements and guidelines.
Our requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the area of management systems;
Working knowledge in the area of management systems according to international standards and quality techniques and tools;
Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level or higher (working in an international environment);
MS Office/365 environment familiarity;
Experience in the areas of management systems, process management, and system documentation;
Experience in developing and maintaining management system documentation;
Attitude and values consistent with strong safety culture;
Security clearance authorizing access to classified information at least at the “confidential” level, or willingness to undergo, upon employment, the procedure for obtaining security clearance authorizing access to classified information.
Optional:
University degree, preferably in quality management or related fields;
Experience in conducting internal assessments, such as audits, management reviews, self-assessments, as well as third-party external IMS assessments;
Working knowledge of auditing and compliance assessment techniques;
Working knowledge of process analytics and process mapping.
