Planning, implementing, maintenance, and development of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with Nuclear Regulator and International Atomic Energy Agency requirements;
Management of the Department of Integrated Management System and Safety Culture – managing, motivating and developing Employees, building effective cooperation and engagement within the Team;
Supporting the Management Board and Process Owners in fulfilling their IMS related responsibilities;
Providing information to the Management Board and managers, as well as to the government administration bodies, on the functioning and effectiveness of IMS;
Planning processes, policies, and strategies regarding their compliance with requirements and guidelines of Company’s IMS;
Planning and initiating the Company’s internal and external assessments of IMS such as audits, self-assessments, expert missions, reviews and evaluations by the Regulator and international organizations;
Planning and coordinating the preparation of IMS management reviews in the Company;
Planning and supervising activities shaping the Company’s organizational culture for which nuclear safety is a top priority;
Supervising the requirements identification system, requirements management process, configuration and change management.
Our requirements:
University degree, preferably in quality management, IMS, process management or related fields;
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (managing employees, not only processes/subject area);
Around 10 years of experience in management systems;
Working knowledge in the area of management systems according to international standards and quality techniques and tools;
Working knowledge of business analytics techniques and tools;
Working knowledge of auditing and compliance assessment techniques;
Experience in requirements management, change management, and configuration management;
Experience in project management;
Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher (working in an international environment);
MS Office/365 environment familiarity;
Communication skills, analytical skills, independence, ownership;
Attitude and values consistent with strong safety culture;
In accordance with the Company’s regulations, each new employee must have a security clearance authorizing access to classified information marked at least as “confidential,” or be willing to undergo a security clearance procedure to obtain the appropriate security clearance authorizing access to classified information.
Optional:
Experience in developing process management and maintaining management system documentation;
Experience in conducting internal assessments, such as audits, management reviews, self-assessments, as well as third-party external IMS assessments.
