On 31 January 2014 Mr. Aleksander Grad submitted his resignation from the position of the President of Management Board of PGE EJ1 sp. z o.o.
On the same day, 31 January 2014, the Supervisory Board of PGE EJ1 sp. z o.o. appointed Mr. Jacek Cichosz as a member of the Board as well as Vice-president of PGE EJ 1 sp. z o.o. The Supervisory Board of PGE EJ 1 sp. z o.o. also appointed Mr. Jacek Cichosz to become acting President of the Board, starting 1 February 2014.
