In July this year two new members joined the Management Boards of the nuclear companies.
On 9 July 2012 Zdzisław Gawlik was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of PGE Energia Jądrowa S.A. and PGE EJ 1 Sp. z o.o. responsible for the nuclear project deployment activities. On 16 July 2012 Aleksander Grad was appointed President of the Management Board of PGE Energia Jądrowa S.A. and PGE EJ 1 Sp. z o.o. responsible for development and implementation of the first Polish NPP built program. Marzena Piszczek, responsible for finance, has been Vice-President since 10 January 2011.
