As of 10 March 2025, the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders dismissed Leszek Juchniewicz from the Management Board of PEJ. We would like to thank him for his contribution and work for our company and the implementation of the project to build the first nuclear power plant in Poland.
The Management Board is composed of Vice-Presidents Piotr Piela and Tomasz Szubiela. By resolution of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders, Piotr Piela will serve as acting President of the Management Board effective 11 March 2025.
