Send an application for the job offer you are interested in and we will review it. At this stage we verify the compatibility of your resume with the job profile. If your competences meet our expectations, we will contact you. 

We contact you to get to know your motivation, availability and preliminarily verify your competences.

RECRUITMENT INTERVIEW 

The recruitment interview takes place in our office or online. The meeting is attended by the hiring manager – subject matter expert – and the recruiter. Sometimes you may be asked to perform a task or a case study, which will help us better assess your skills.  

Working in an international environment requires proficiency in English, so we’ll verify your English level to make sure it meets the requirements for the position you are applying for.

Once the process is completed, we will inform you of our decision. We will make an offer of employment to the selected individuals. 

You’ll spend the first days at work on onboarding training, which is intended to help you get to know the organization. An integral element of the onboarding is support from your team and line manager.
