Information meetings conducted by the investor in the first half of April were held in Słajszewo, Sasin, Jackowo and Kopalin, i.e. in the Choczewo municipality, indicated by Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe as a preferred location for the first nuclear power plant in Poland. Their main purpose was to present the most important information on the investment as included in the so-called environmental report  The document was submitted to the General Director of Environmental Protection on March 29.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report for the nuclear power plant to be constructed in Pomerania has been submitted to the General Director for Environmental Protection (GDOŚ) on 29 March 2022. This means that it is now possible to resume the proceedings to obtain the Environmental Decision.
