How is the recruitment process organized?

RECRUITMENT INTERVIEW

The job interview takes place in our office or online. The hiring manager - an expert in the given field - and a recruiter participate in the meeting. In some processes, you may be asked to compete a task or a case study, which will help us better asses your skills.

Working in an international environment requires proficiency in English, so we’ll verify your English level to make sure it meets the requirements for the position you are applying for.

Once the process is completed, we will inform you of our decision. We will make an offer of employment to the selected individuals. 

You’ll spend the first days at work on onboarding training, which is intended to help you get to know the organization. An integral element of the onboarding is support from your team and line manager.
